Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.
If you order multiple times in one day please email us to combine your order and we can refund one of your shipping charges!
You will receive an automatic email notification with the tracking number for your order. Tracking is included on all domestic orders and can take up to 24 hours to update.Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship the following Business Day.
Shipping Policy
If your package is lost in transit please email us at shophappoli@gmail.com so we can file a claim for the package. Once the investigation is complete and your package cannot be located we will reship your items and if they are not available we will refund you for your order.
**Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.
